dnsmasq can't work

I'm trying to setup dnsmasq but I couldn't figure out how to recognize my local ip stations associate with hostnames. It won't recognize it.

I own a domain name :

I have 3 stations with following IPs :

station 1 (with 2 NICs): (local) and IP from my ISP assigned
station 2:
station 3:

I use my station 1 as a gateway to Internet
DHCP can assign correctly the range of IP to my stations.

In my /etc/hosts : localhost st1 st2 st3

Here's the setup of my dnsmasq.conf:

after I restarted dnsmasq, I got this msg in /var/log/syslog

dnsmasq[10261]: ignoring nameserver - local interface

What's that mean?

First off, you shouldn't be using 192.10.X.X ip addresses. That aside, you can't use DHCP to assign the IP of the interface it is listening on.
