Arrow DNS to work with internet and intranet


how could it be possible for me to set my nameserver tto serve for internet and intranet as well ...............
Can you help me for this one or what documentation should i refer for this .....................?????

that's totally possible, but theres loads of ways you could do it. firstly i'd suggest using bind to juist serve intranet and provide it forwarding details for internnet DNS. it's all very standard stuff really.

Assuming you have a high availability connection to the Internet
Assuming you have a Static IP instead of Dynamic
Assuming that you have registered your domain with one of the Internet Registars, then yes it is possible.

Since you've posted a few questions on DNS, I recommend Orielly's DNS cookbook. There is no way I could post enough information to get your box up and running with BIND to serve your customers.

The ISC.org webpage has documentation on BIND if you feel up to it.
