DNS Problems with Router

Ok I have my router/gateway server setup just fine there are 2 interfaces, one connected to ISP other for the local network.

I can ping inside network, and outside IP's along with FQDN but! after say several minutes it goes back to only pinging local network and just outside IPS not FQDN!

But if I run dhclient again all is well..

This is under RH 9

Here is some output i have found in my logs

Code:
