dns loadbalancing

pls help me

i have 2 internet T1 connections.
i use 2 red hat fedora core 1 squid proxy servers.
how do i set up for proxy server load balancing with dns.

Primitive DNS load balancing:

Basically give "www-proxy" two A records. named (bind9) will give out both records and each client will probably use the first. I've never looked at how browsers deal with this though.
