DNS entry to specific Port?

Is there any way I can get a name (www.domain.com) to point to specific port... in bind . I've tried adding a colin to the A record, but that of course is a syntax error in the zone file :-( ... Anyone know how to do this or have any ideas?

I don't think that DNS is the right way to approach it. Port redirection from 80 to another host/port could be done with a virtual host in Apache, or with SSH, or with a firewall rule to redirect the traffic. It depends on what you're trying to do.

Basically, port 80 is blocked, so a redirection from my box wouldn't work..
I've decided to try dyndns as my IP will probably change every so often anyhow (even though it hasn't changed in a week)... Firewall rule is kinda out of ? too becuase its ISP firewall that is blocking port 80,not under my control

...

I think I'll have it working in a few days... dyndns seems to have some nice services for stuff like this
