You can use two 'zone' entries in your named.conf file and two separate db tables. Somewhere around here is a link to "DNS & BIND" an O'reilly book that is available to read online. (Try oreilly.com)
You can have multiple 'zones' and you can add more domains when you wish but there might be a probelm when you'd like to change your reverse DNS entry.
