disconnecting dialup


Hi! I'm just wondering if there is a way of knowing and disconnecting
dialup clients? In cisco routers, we use enable and then 'clear line line_number'... but I want to create a program in PHP or java that can handle this function...

They would be ppp0, ppp1 etc ...
