In the process of installing LTSP on a box with Ubuntu 6.06 I realize that LSTP seems to be an appendage of DHCP. DHCP is installed, but I cannot find it in the running processes. To my chagrin, I cannot find where in the Ubuntu file structure to manually start DHCP. Please advise. Thanks.
Thanks, your instructions worked, but the start failed. I assume this is because of errors in my configuration Is there a log file for what problems caused a failed start? Thanks again.
# /etc/init.d/dhcp3-server start

* Starting DHCP server: [fail]
A bit of googling says that this is because the file dhcpd.leases file does not exist.
