Unhappy DHCP is flaking

Including today(Thursday) and yesterday, the DHCP from Comcast has been flaky. Over the night it seems to drop the lease and then I have to manually renew it. Does this sound like a problem with Comcast, DHCP specs, or my lovely box?

Thanks in advance.

hmmm

Typically speaking, dhcpcd should automagically renew. Is there anything in the logs from dhcpcd indicating a problem?

If the DHCP *servers* are flaky you can't possibly hope to have a good net experience. Time to pick up the phone...
