DHCP in Slackware 8.0?

How do you enable slackware to use dhcp to get on the net? Because i get the net from a router so its all dhcp not static addresses.

Exclamation dhcpcd

dhcpcd is the dhcp "client daemon". type in dhcpcd eth0 and it should go out and get an ip for you. you may have to specify a different network interface or even install dhcpcd.

You can run netconfig as #
or
edit your /etc/rc.d/rc.init1 and set DHCP=yes
