DHCP and Multiple IPs

My lan runs on a DHCP server, where MAC addresses are hard coded to IP Addresses. I use a script I wrote myself to make sure no two machines get the same IP from DHCP, which also updates a hosts file and works with dnsmasq. Anyway, long story short: I want to create aliased interfaces, (i.e., eth0:1) but can't figure out how (if at all possible) I can get DHCP to assign a 2nd (or more) IP to the same MAC address. Is my only choice to hard code this IP on that machine?

(I'm doing this for some UML experiments)
