Default Routes

As it stands i have 3 cards in my server

eth0 3com 905c - IP 192.168.3.102 mask 255.255.255.224
eth1 Bcom NetExtreme IP 192.168.2.102 mask 255.255.255.0
eth2 Bcom NetExtreme IP 192.168.1.102 mask 255.255.255.0

Eth0 goes off to the firewall (IP 192.168.3.120 mask 255.255.255.224) via a hub

eth1 is connected to a switch for access for subnet with workstations on, eth2 is connected to a gigE switch for access from other servers on that subnet.

Now heres my problem

what should the gateways for each card be? if i enable ip_forward and set the gateway for eth0 as 192.168.3.120, all my NFS servers die, and none of the workstations can see them, no i think i maybe need more routes but i'm not sure, can anyone help me out?

I'm stuck with this

Thanks in advance

Joel
