deam tftp listen problem


my /etc/inetd.conf says
tftp dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.tftpd -l -s /tftpboot
reboot and killall -HUP inetd

netstat -l says
udp 0 0 *:tftp *:*
nothing about LISTEN ! WHY?

rights on the /tftpboot ar 777 (just to trie)
