DD-WRT help

I just bought my first router with DD-WRT support and trying to configure some simple things like static IP/reserved DHCP and port forwarding. I have read documentation on their wiki and I can't get the settings to stick. For example I fill out all of the fields in Services>DHCP Server section and hit apply and save and my server is still pulling a different IP from DHCP. Yes I can just set static IP on my server but I generally prefer to do it on the router. I am also trying to do port forward and same thing. as soon as I hit apply or save the info dissapears from the boxes and settings don't stick.

Any thoughts? I am running build: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/12/10) mega - build 14929 on an Asus RT-N16

Any thoughts?

Well, I tried a different version of firmware and now I can get the port forward to stick but not static IP. But I just set the IP to static on the server
