Creating users in SSH and permissions.

Hi, I need to create a group called "servers".
Also, make user names server1 server2 and server3
with passwords and add them to the group. Also I need them to have only access to /home/server/server# (# = server #) They need root permissions. Then after im done installing what I need to install I need them to have restricited permissions. Thanks for anyone with fast replys.
