creating a share folder and open it with windows me

I am new to Linux and am having trouble getting a folder to share with Windows ME. I am trying to use SWAT to configure. My network is running, in that I see my Lbox on both computers, but I cannot access my folders from either computer ( Lbox or windows me machine). This is the error message form windows when I try to open shared folder (\\SLOWBOX\Slow Lbox Sha is not accessible)
