create a domain

Hello,

I´m installing Oracle Applications on a Linux Red Hat 8 system. I have to specify a domain name and I suppose that I have to create a domain for my linux network.

Do you know how to create a domain?

My host machine is called "compusal" and I would like to have something like this:

compusal.mydomain.com

If you are on a private network, you can use whatever domain name
you like. If you want a pulbic domain name, you have to buy one.

(I'm not affiliated, just the first google I found on "puchase domain name")
