cPanel and WHM (router + dynamic ip)

Is it possible to install cPanel behind router and with dynamic ip for testing purposes?
If not then why? and how it appears if tried to install it?

I installed cPanel but it isn't giving any result on connecting http://host:2082/
My domain is working since Im using zoneedit.com service to foward known nameservers to my ip.

Also I was unable to register my own ISP provided dns1 and dns2 as nameservers at godaddy.com (reason why I used zoneedit.com) - how come?

Since cPanel / WHM is licensed by IP address, you won't be able to use it on a dynamic IP setup. Every time your IP changed, you'd have to be issued a new license so this is not realisitic to do. There are many demos and free cPanel hosts that you can use to get a feel for the software.
