Control over IP adress in LAN via Linux Gateway

Hi,

I have a Lan with come 30 computers an some wireless access points. Every computer gets its IP adress via DHCP and on my Linux Gateway server I run the DHCPD. But I plan to give free access to wireless users to play games, filesharing and chat in my LAN. But as I have internet on my LAN, I do not want the free wireless users to use my internet for free. I would like to forbid static IP adress, only dynamic via my DHCP server, so that I could control which users can access the LAN and which do not. At least to forbid access on my Linux server for those who are not in my DHCP groups. Help please.

I use SuSE Linux for my Linux Gateway Server, and i really dont need something for wifi, it's not important - I need a program to control ip adresses in my LAN, that's just to allow dynamic (dhcp) addresses and few static.

I have an Idea: is it a good idea, to block all ip addresses to access the gateway, that's all ip addresses on a subnet, then after that, just to allow access to the gateway for those single ip addresses who are in the dhcpd, so, if somenone attachs his computer he can't give him a static IP address and surf the net? what do you think?

I think for this I should use the command:

iptables -A OUTPUT -f -d 10.40.0.0/24 -j DROP
