Connecting with CIPE
 

My program have a requirement to send IP packets(may be through socket) to a proxy server and receive back the response. I want to know will CIPE be useful for this

My advice is to not use cipe. I have used it in the past and
liked it, but openvpn is more secure and has better support
with more operating systems. Openvpn should be able to do
what you need.
