Connecting to our UK network.

Hi guys,
I need to get my server to connect onto our uk network so as to be able to connect to the internet. Can this be done? If yes how? I don't have a clue how to do it if someone could go through it with me in details that would be gud.

I might need to elaborate more on that.
So i have a server lets put its IP 191.166.16.16
Now this machine is connected to the network through our smoothwall 191.166.16.15 in Mauritius. It has access to the internet, and any computer can connect to it through our private network.
191.166.16.16 has all the Apache, PHP, Mysql servers installed on it, we will this use machine to host CRM, and most of our CRM needs to be able to email out. Before we were using the mail relay provided by the ISP in UK and as the previous server was in UK 191.166.15.18 it was simple and easy, just configure POSTFIX to send email through the relay provided by our ISP relay.mailexample.com create a php script and job done.
The problem happening now is that, for us to be able to send an email out we need to be connected to this UK ISP, but as we're in Mauritius now and not in UK, the ISP blocks all the IP that he doesn't recognise and prevent them to use their mail relay.
The suggestion i got from my director is try make 191.166.16.16 (new setup server) to connect to their smoothwall 191.166.15.16, maybe this will allow us to relay mail out.
But i don't have a clue how this is done or this can be done. Any suggestion?

Why not just configure postfix to send out your email?

ISP, Mail relays are designed for homeusers really, yeah most ISPs will block if you are not coming from their IPs.

The problem with connecting to your firewall and relaying off that is you just put more onto the firewall, you will have to protect the relay as well.
