Question connecting to Linux from Mac

Hi All,
I am trying to connect to a RH 7.0 Linux box from a MacOS 9.1 machine. Both are connected to the same ethernet LAN. Can somebody please guide me as to what are the ways to do this. Any leads will be appreciated.

you have to download software for apple talk for your linux box.

oh yeah...
the linux version of Appletalk is called netatalk which is included in most distros (I think). Let me know how it goes.
