connecting to 3g broadband on ubuntu 6.06


Hi all,
Im trying to install a huawei e169 3G/HSDPA modem on ubuntu 6.06
Could someone please help me, I do not require a username or password, i just need to be able to dial *99# thru the 3G modem.
