connect to internet

Hi, in my network system I installed one pc with REDHAT Enterprise.I can ping the pc with the proxy server and other pcs nearby.
But the linux system fail to connect to internet(Elink).but the other pcs in the net can connet to internet through this proxy server.

1) The Pc which I try to link to the internet is LINUX REDHAT.
2) The proxy server is LINUX REDHAT.
3) The other PCs in the network system are Windows.

How to solve this problem?

Thank you
mahan
