Connect to Fedora 14 from Windows 7 using TightVNC

I am trying to connect to my linux desktop running Fedora 14 from Windows 7 using TightVNC. I initiate the viewer on Windows 7 but when I try to connect it fails to connect to server on Fedora 14. It never gets to the password authentication prompt. What have I set up wrong?

Windows Firewall is the first place I'd look. Port 5900 + display# :)

PS:
Neat, seldom used command: "wf.msc". It gives you a LOT more control than the brain-damaged GUI in Control Panel.

PPS:
The easiest test is to turn Windows firewall OFF. If VNC suddenly connects, you've found the culprit. Just tune your firewall rules. Otherwise, you'll know to keep digging.
