Configuring 2 NIC for different network

Hello,

I have added 2 NIC cards in one of my CentOS machines.

Code:
eth0 : 10.10.10.x
eth1 : 192.168.0.x
Now the problem which I am facing is I am not able to ping eth1 from my client machines. In case I disable eth0 then eth1 becomes active and then I am able to ping eth1. But I want both the NICs to be enabled and I should be able to ping both of them from both the network.

I tried ip_forward as well but doesnot seems to be working.
Code:
# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
1
What am I missing?

Here are outputs of few commands
Code:
# route
Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface

A router is requested between client and CentOS machine to take care of forwarding between two networks. Otherwise, a correct route table have to be configure in client and CentOS machine.
