Exclamation communication accross a proxy server


i work behind a proxy internet server.my question : is their any way to use the legecy programs such as ping telnet without having the source code of the programs i.e install a program on my system so that the ping, telnet work properly,a program similar to router etc please help me .

You can't run a program if it's not on your system.

Proxies are in place for a reason, you can't just install a program on your computer and automatically be able to go where ever you want to. You have to find another point to exit your network from or route through another network. Either way, talk to your Network Administrator. If he wants you to bypass your proxy, he'll tell you how.
