Cisco Module NM4A/S
 

Please can anyone tell me what's going on.
I have a 2610XM and I have just buying NM4A/S module and seems that everything is fine when I start up the router.Also the En led is green which shows that the module is up and working properly.
And now the problem: when I'm trying to connect it with another router 2610XM on his WIC-1T card it shows me that the link is down and also the protocol.
Is there anyone that have seen anything like this?

well you've not said anything about the configuration at all. you need to actually make it talk ppp, hdlc, frame relay etc...

Yes of course I tried to connect it either with HDLC or PPP on both sides but the results was the same. I really don't know. I have just start to thinking crazy for example that maybe the problem is that my card is not from USA but from China or that the cross V.35 cables have any problems....

well we're not psychic. cisco functionality is 90% config, basic descriptions of hardware will never cut it. if you can't shopw us useful config and debug output, we can't help you.

have put the clock rate, bandwidth - and no shutdown for the interface?

pls do - show interface and check the lower lines from the output.
