check_rcpt sendmail question.

Hi all
I wish someone who is expert of sendmail can help me.

I use sendmail 8.12.10 server to relay mail to Internet for 2 customers:
- one has domain: m1.abc.xyz
IP of customer server : 192.168.0.20/24
- other has domain : m2.def.pqr
Ip of server : 192.168.2.40/24
I config sendmail only relay for these two IP and two domain, all in one access file of sendmail (using makemap to generate access.db...)

Everything is good but my problem is from one customer'IP can send email from domain of other , my sendmail server still relay.

How can I config sendmail for:
- only allow relay mail from IP 192.168.0.20 with MAIL FROM: ...@m1.abc.xyz ( not from domain of other customer)
- only allow relay mail from IP 192.168.2.40 with MAIL FROM: ...@m2.def.pqr
I mean that pair (IP, domain) is the parameter to check to allow relay or not. How can I do this ?
Anyone help me to write rule set to do that ?

Sorry about my English.
Thx
