check if outbound udp port is accessible

Hi,

I've got a server from which i'm trying to connect on SIP port 5060 to my sip provider through Asterisk. My asterisk settings is 100%, so my question is not related to this.

I'm thinking that port 5060 is either redirected or blocked somewhere between my server and the one i am trying to register to.

How can i check this, i.e some kind of traceroute or telnet or somehting similiar that will work on a port level for udp traffic.

Thanks

ok,looks like good old traceroute helps me to some degree

traceroute -p 5060 hostname.

Any other tools i can use to check this?
