Changing GateAway (RH 9) Through Console


Can the above be done as fas as i have no access to the X Windows.

Which is the file that contains the gateaway info and change it under RH 9?

can this (router ip) be written somewhere (in a file)

Now i use /sbin/route add default gw 192.168.1.10 eth0
in the /etc/rc.d/rc.local

Is that ok?
