Red face Cdrom and Samba

I've been working several hours and have had no luck in mounting my cdrom from my Windows p/c the only way i can do this is to mount the cdrom from my linux box and then... I'm able to browse that drive from my Win p/c but when I close from the Win p/c I cannot unmount the drive from my linux box either have to reboot the Win p/c or restart samba
I believe the fstab is correct for the cdrom drive, but not sure?
and all attempts in exec and preexec dont help... also tried root preexec and root postexec in the smb.conf but no luck any suggestions will be welcome

RedHat 7.2
Samba 2.2

also this is Cdrom 1 and not Cdrom 0
??? maybe I should try that Hmmmmm
but to tired to think
anyone got this to work let me know

Well a good nights sleep helped but I'm still not all the way there I switched to Cdrom0 edited the fstab for all users and now I can mount the Cdrom from all my Win p/c's but it will not "UNMOUNT"
have to reboot win p/c's or restart Samba
to change Cdrom's
