cannot start miredo on backtrack

Hello,
I am trying to get miredo working in backtrack 5 R1.

I am running backtrack as a virtual machine in a vmware environment

It is already installed.
However, theer is no miredo in /etc/init.d

I don't know how to start it.

There is a command called miredo, which I have run.
However, it still does not create the teredo interface,
that I am suppose to see when I run ifconfig.

Help anyone?
