Cannot Open A Website In Squid.

Im just tired troubleshooting :S

Am using Squid proxy server running under Debian.

Agents in my company work in a restricted zone, they got access to a limited list of websites with i allow in squid.

Now they need to work on another website which is restricted to them. Sounds easy right, i just have to add the website name in my allow-website config file as i've usually done when allowing particular websites.

But this time its not working. I cannot reach this specific website. And i know its not a problem with the website ifseft because i have try passing through no proxy(Management Zone) and i can access the website.

Some guide please.. :S
