Cannot get Windows XP to print to a printer attached to a Freespire PC

In the WindowsXP machine, I went to the network add printer; chose the anonymous account; put in the URL and got the warning "you do not have access to the printer. please try a different user name or password."

Does anyone know how to get samba to work? I can see all attached PCs to the network and I can see all the printers connected, I just cannot get XP to print.

any help would be appreciated.

I just use cups, I don't use samba.
I add this;
/etc/cups/cups.conf

The linux printer is located at;
http://192.168.0.4:631/printers/EPPSON777
