Cannot access outside network

Hello. I just installed Redhat Linux 9.0 on my server located on JSU campus. I cannot access the server from off campus and I cannot access anything off campus from my server. I have checked the network config, hosts, and everything else that I could think of. The campus does have a firewall, but IT assures me that it is not the problem. If anyone have any ideas, I would appreciate it.
Below are the printout of the netstat -nr command and the /sbin/route command.

Welcome to LQ.

I assume you have permission to use the address in the 143.132. range?

What do eth0 and eth1 connect to?

Yes, I have permission. eth0 is the static connection and eth1 is a second card that is set for dhcp.
