I am using Local cabal net ISP for internet, when i was using windows they provide us a dialer software in which we enter user name and password and it allow us to access internet, but now when i switch to linux they dont have any dialer software for linux, I have their all information about gateways, DNS e.t.c. I try to add VPN with pptp, but connection could not establish.
You did not say what distro you are running. Most distros have a PPPoE ( Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet ) in their repoes. Look there first. The source will be on Sourceforge as well, but you would need to compile it from there.
If you want an easier method, buy a home router, PPPoE is in most home routers. All that is required is to add the information on account name and password, and you are in.
Are you certain that you need to run a VPN connect to get to the internet through your ISP?
I have NEVER seen that as a required.
But perhaps I misunderstand the situation.
