We are not here to provide you with one-on-one, personalized email tech support. If you want answers, participate in the forums.
And if you want information on building a Linux router, check Google. Lots of how-tos are there.
Of course linux can make a PC act as a router - most off-the-shelf routers out there are already running linux.
You'll need a few NIC cards installed in your PC, and by the time you have bought these, installed and configured then, you might as well have gone out and purchased a router. Faster, cheaper, simpler.
But if you want to experiment and learn, go ahead!
