Can Access Server through VCentre only but can't with Putty

I have a virtual machine for Red Hat Linux Server.

I can access this server through VCentre but when I try to ping it fails. I can't do putty. Anything.

When I tried Logging through VCentre I saw
Martian Source Error.

Martian Source <ip1> from <ip2> on dev eth0.

Any idea what is wrong.

Regards,

chirag

fix your VM settings for the type of network connection your provided the VM. also this is a RHEL server, you should be talking to RH about support, it is after all what you are paying for.

If you are not paying for support, stop using RHEL.
