Can't connect to the internet [Ubuntu 11.10]

Heya! Today I installed Ubuntu 11.10 (Yay ^-^), it run belong Windows 7. When I use Windows 7 (Ultimate, if it matters

) I can use the <<i>> (turn on wireless networks) button. But when I'm using Ubuntu, I can't! When I'm turning on Ubuntu, it is saying harddisk fail
Help please?

if you get something like that at boot
on the very fist boot after instal .Then you did not install it right

i thing you need to reread the install instructions

and is this a single boot ? -- ONLY Ubuntu
or
a dual boot Win7 AND ubuntu

if dual boot fallow the install instructions for that .

It's dual. Btw; I'm booting with Daemon Tools Lite because I can't boot CD's and DVD's

I'll reinstall ^.^
