can't add gateway in fedora core 6

when i try to add gateway in fedora core6 i am getting a message like this
(an unhandled exception has occured.this is most likely a bug.please save the crash and file a detailed bug report against system-config-network at https://bugzilla.redhat.com)
but i acan ping to my gateway and other systems. but not to internet

anybody can help me

are you edit /etc/sysconfig/network-script/ifcfg-eth0 file?

you can manually edit above file

Have you applied maintenence to your system? Many of these simple bugs are fixed after the system is installed.
