C callable IP settings

Are there any C callable functions that can read and write the IP address, network mask and gateway addresses of an interface?

Look for ioctl functions.
I do not know all ones you need but for instance I've used 'ioctl(sfd, SIOCGIFCONF, &ifc)' to check all the IP addresses used with interfaces.
