Broadcom 440 ethernet driver

Hi all,
I have redhat linux 8.0 installed .
I have broadcom 440 x 10/100 ethernet adapter.but its not getting configured. Where can i get drivers for the same.
in network properties its showing inactive & not allowing me to activate the same.Can any one help me out of this
