Bandwidth Utilization Monitoring Tool?

Hi guys

recently our bandwidth have been shooting up but we can't pinpoint which servers is sucking the bandwidth. Is there any application that we can use to track the usage by each eth port?

Hello avatarfx,

You can use the all-mighty MRTG to check your bandwidth utilisation. It is the most commonly used tool which is also the most effective one in the field. MRTG stands for 'Multi Router Traffic Grapher'. You can download the stable version from 'http://mrtg.hdl.com/mrtg.html'. It presents the bandwidth utilisation in colourful graphs, making it easier to comprehend.

Thanks,,,
