Bandwidth Load balancing for linux

Hi,

Is there a way I can setup a box to connect two ISPs and load balance the bandwidth. Basically, I have two ISPs with different bandwidth (5mbps and 2mbps). Now I want to connect this to connection and combine the bandwidth so that I can reach 7mbps. Or the flexibility of high availability so that when one ISP went down, another ISP gives the connection and clients won't feel much of a downtime. Is it a possible to do this? I have been using IPCop but really not sure if this can be done. Please give me info where to start. Thanks.

See if this link helps. Iproute2 and tc should get you where you want to be, but haven't used it myself.

Edit - it might help if I include the link http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/Net:Iproute2
