bandwidth limiting help!!!

hello. im using redhat9 acting as a gateway in my private network, proxy server and a firewall. i have 2 256kbps adsl connection. im using a multi wan router. i have 60 computers in my shop. i want to limit my bandwidth so that all my computers can get equal share of bandwidth. ive read a lot of tutorials about bandwidth limiting. what is the best way to limit my the bandwidth?
can i use squid's delay pool? or a good configuration in firewall script about bandwidth limiting. can someone help me figure out my problem? Thanks in advance

i take CBQ for that things. there are other tools out. have a look at shaper/shaperd. afaik this two are quite easy to set up.

sl mritch.
