Post Bandwidth limiting

Hi,

Does anyone know how to limit a certain machine from using any more than a certain amount of upstream bandwidth?

I have downloaded the 'wondershaper' script, which works fine, limiting outbound bandwidth on eth1 (connected to cable modem) to say 100kbit/s, but I wish to do this for one machine behind the firewall in particular....

Any ideas?
