Bandwidth Arbitrator Help

We are thinking of getting the free version of Bandwidth Arbitrator (version 9.62). The server we are thinking of putting it on has Fedora Core 4 on it. Does anyone know if Bandwidth Arbitrator works with Fedora Core and if so could I get some advice on how to set it up. Thank you very much .
