Bad Request when I try to load web page

I just got my Vhost file in order and now works.

The problem I am having is when I try to access my my page this is what I get.

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.
Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.

My question is how to turn of SSL. I really do not need a secure web site.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help. It was actually a problem in my mod-vhost file.
