Automount in fedora9


Pls I am using fedora9 as client and doing to join on nis domain i successfully joined the domain but unable to automount the home directory what is the correct configuration and i am also unable to see autofs in fc9.

this is my first post i will welcom the reply.?

can you brief the steps u've done for automounting?

I am using rc.local file for mount and i add a
mount 172.16.17.21:/home /home
i using this command bc i am unable to mount via fstab how to do this.
I am also facing a problem due to rc.local mount that system does not reboot via reboot command or from mouse i have to reboot it via power button.
pls help me if have thanks again

you just need to install autofs rpm from rpmfind.com then auto.master file will be created on /etc
